Jen Martin is Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at LTi Technology Solutions, leading the company’s Strategy & Solutions organization — spanning Strategic & Corporate Development, Sales Enablement, Partner Management, and Marketing.
While Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer is her day job, Jen fills the rest of her life with the people and places she loves. She and her husband, George, collect and drive classic cars — restoring them is half the fun. She’s happiest near the water, whether that’s kayaking and lake life at the family lake house or spending part of each summer on the coast of Maine. Jen is also an enthusiastic cook, and there’s nothing she enjoys more than feeding a full table of family — her two sons, two stepsons, and their growing families. She also treasures the time she spends helping her parents. Jen is a CODA (child of deaf adults) and is fluent in American Sign Language.
Jen joined LTi’s executive team as Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer, where she led the company’s investment strategy, supporting LTi’s drive to deliver market and client solutions through its use of ASPIRE. Prior to LTi, Jen was part of the Key Equipment Finance senior leadership team, responsible for the successful execution of KEF’s technology roadmap and sales enablement strategy.
Jen has been in the equipment finance industry for over 30 years, including 28 years at Key. She is a founding member of the ELFA Women’s Council, Immediate Past Chair of the ELFA Operations and Technology committee/conference, a member of the Monitor’s Editorial Board, part of the Innovation Advisory Council, and a current board trustee for the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation.
