Account Manager. I work on managing our existing client base, including retention, client satisfaction and upselling modules, services, and ASPIRE upgrades.
What is your favorite project you have worked on – or – what was a benchmark that was reached that you are particularly proud of?
Working on the board and executive committee of the NEFA has been extremely rewarding, and has given me the opportunity to work with client partners and other industry peers on a different level. It’s been a great platform for networking and building relationships!

What did you always want to try, but never did?
I have always wanted to skydive. I’m horribly scared of heights but overcoming that fear would be awesome, so this is definitely on the bucket list. Skydiving AND going to a Super Bowl (hopefully with the Seahawks in it again)!
